  This estate is located just a stone throw to pen cinema,specifically iju road.all the building is 2 storey,good parking space.security check at the gate 24/7.very cool estate.not sure whether there is a space for purchase or rent of an apartment.

  I resides in iju ishaga, this makes Pen cinema my day to day route, I believe with the recent developments.. The traffic will reduce drastically But pen cinema is dirty, waste litters everywhere, road side sellers, agbero amongst other things.

  I reside in Ijaiye Housing Estate which is right beside Pen Cinema and currently due to the bridge construction going on, an alternate route was made that cuts right through our eatate. There's usually free flow of traffic except during peak hours which are between 7.30am and 9am and between 4.30pm and 10pm

  Pen cinema is a good place. Although the area is currently under construction as at the time of this review. That is 21st of March, 2018. The construction started in January 2018.
  All in all it's a lively area. It could link you to Ogba Alausa Ikeja Oshodi Ishaga Abule-egba iyana-ipaja and other areas as a result of these places.
  
  The bridge being constructed will ease and cancel the artificial traffic caused due to the closure of some roads.

  Construction of bridge is ongoing and it hasn't been easy getting buses to convey passengers from pencinema.

  Pen Cinema in an historical area. It is a place of connection that is, to Iyana Ipaja, to Ikeja, to Iju Ishaga and to Ogba down to Berger. A place of activities and busy road. Eatries and cateens are scattered all over the place. Not too fanciful now due to ongoing construction but I bet you after construction it will be a sight to behold. Electronic stores are also located around here especially sales of mobile phones. 😁

  Pen Cinema is a major hub in Lagos. It Connects you to iju road, Ogba, Ikeja, Agree Market, Iyanaipaja, Oshodi. Though overhead bridge and ramp construction is ongoing.
