It's one of those places that were nearly great. Just a little more attention to detail and it would have been spot on.
Can't remember the last time I watched scrambled TV in a hotel.

Airport pick-up, warm and inviting interior, although better suited in a different environment, great variety of services, not cheap but worth it. Beautiful sky view. I'm still exploring..👍

I loved my stay at the hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They were very helpful. The beds are comfortable and spacious. I loved that I had constant hot water in the shower. The bathroom was a little small, but still very nice. I'll make sure to keep this hotel in my list of go-to hotels on my next visit to Lagos. My one caveat is I wish the location were closer to the airport, because during rush hour it can take 45 minutes to an hour to get to the airport. Overall, a great, clean, experience and I can't wait for my next visit!

New and modern hotel exquisitely furnished. It has a sizeable swimming pool and a secure underground car park. Rooms are comfortable with mod cons. Local food is good but continental food needs variety

First impressions when you arrive is that this place is a good place to hang out. Lobby / Reception area is minimal but functional. The reception desk is tucked in the corner. Lounge area / bar has contemporary decor. Very welcoming feel. The only downside to my visit that day was the staff. I got plenty of "what the f* you want" or "don't bother me" looks.

Nice place. Good structure in an unassuming location. The pictures paint a better picture than I can with my words. Friendly and professional receptionists and very helpful security personnel. Everyone was willing to help.

Hotel is in a close, which makes it quite discreet. The building is well thought out - underground parking, security, wheel chair access, etc.

The hotel itself is nice and cozy. The ambience is very relaxing.

They have a couple of conference rooms varying in size. The chairs are pretty comfortable, and the smaller conference rooms are very executive style rooms. The con of the conference room is that there is only a small unisex bathroom.

Their restaurant is quite cozy as well. However, they do need to get a couple of bug zappers because we spotted a few flies while we had lunch.

The food was NOT 5 star quality, but it was decent. I would advise that you order the more local dishes. I would not recommend the seafood pasta - it was clear that the seafood was not fresh from the fishy taste (probably frozen). If you don't mind that, you'd be fine. Fair warning, the food can be very HOT (be sure to tell them to not make it spicy if you can't take the heat)

Update: The longer you experience this place the worse it gets.

First, their plumbing isn't in the best shape. You might have to wait for a few minutes to flush the toilet properly.

Second, the food doesn't seem to be made fresh (probably from frozen ingredients).

Third, the staff is relaxed to the point of inefficiency. They always scrambled when I needed to use the business center. Speaking of the business center, they charge for everything (which is understandable), until they charged for scanning!

Fourth, the air conditioning is inconsistent - sometimes it works well, sometimes it doesn't.

Fifth, they either don't clean everyday or the cleaner chose to skip a few times. Either way, management could be more efficient.

The ambiance is lovely. Amazing interior in a quiet environment. Food was not the most amazing, but it works if you're extra specific with the waiter. Some members of Staff are not quite sure what their job description might be, so they often see doing their job as a favour - that should be addressed. Otherwise, everything else is good.
