You guys should refund back my money before it turns into chaos. you guys debited me and for 3weeks you havent refunded me. My bank has confirmed to me that the money is with your bank. Your staff have refused to take my calls. REFUND MY MONEY NOW

It's located in a good place.the building is nice. Esthetics okay BUT MAINTENANCE IS GOING DOWN. MY ROOM HAS A TOILET WITHOUT A SEAT COVER. THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY. THE SHOWER S DIRTY. THIS IS ACTUALLY THE SAME AS IN MOST HOTELS IN IBADAN. IT IS ALL DIRTY. DIRTY. DIRTY. STILL, IT CAN BE MANAGED. I GOT THEM TO BRING THE OLD TOILET SEAT AND WASH IT AND TO ENSURE THEY BUY BLEACH TO DISINFECT. THEY USE THE SAME WASH CLOTH FOR BUCKETS AND FOR TOILETS AND SAME MOPS FOR ROOMS AND TOILET. IT'S AWFUL. There is wifi but you need to get a password for it. Last visit I had food poisoning from the kitchen 2 years ago. I'm back here but I won't order any food.
