Honestly paycenter your customer care service is wack, the numbers don't go at all. Your services are great once in a while but whenever there is an issue there is nobody I can call simply because nobody is going to pick my call. Please change this your attitude or give us a valid number that whenever we call someone is going to pick

Your pos device has a lot of issues. It keeps failing transactions and scaring customers. How do we intend to keep making money. I get failed transactions almost everyday

I make a payment of 16000 naira since on Monday 9/11/2020 from one of your paycenter agent here in sango otta I'm yet to see alert since then,later pending and today it showed transaction successful but there's no money in my account,I'm restless please do something about it I need that money urgently, between life and death I want to pay our family doctor,please🙏🙏
