I have visited this hotel a couple of times. It's very neat and standard. Just make sure you avoid the rooms downstairs if you are one who can barely sleep with noise.

I came in from the States for an event and was looking for a hotel close to the location of the event and this horrid hotel was suggested to me. First, staff are so ride; from the brainless individuals at the front desk with poor customer service skills to the idiots in the laundry, kitchen and concierge and oh, the manager was never available. I had to check out after one day because these idiots would not give us more than one towel to shower with. They have a policy of one towel per room. What sort of nonsense is that?! Even two star hotels give you more towels upon request. I practically live in hotels, so I know what good customer service and hospitality looks like and this hotel lacks in both that and class. They need to revamp their whole staff. I could go on and on. That's how frustrated dealing with these idiots were. I wish I could give them minus 10 stars.

I remember when this hotel opened 4 or 5 years agoit was a best kept secret because of its quiet,clean and affordable rooms and friendly service. Not much to boast about nowthe rooms are slowly deteriorating (rooms are not as clean and well maintained ). If the service continues like this I don't think I'll ever stay here again.

I called the customer service and the response on the other side of the line was awful. He was sounding as if i was disturbing him. If my first contact is this disappointing i wonder what the service will be like. A no no for me. If there was a 0 or negative rating i would give them that.

Customer service is extremely poor. Pipes in the bathroom leaked all night and all attempts to reach management proved abortive. No apologies, no refund just a pool of water in the room.

Worst hotel experience ever.
