Although I think it should be free if you have a receipt from a purchase at the mall.

Lots of space to park on. I've not seen dedicated spaces for wheelchair owners but I assume there are. On entry, you get a token which indicates the time you arrived against the time you submit for payment. You’d have to pay just before leaving as the token expires shortly after payment. Trolleys are allowed to the parking lot attendants are available to return to the rightful store. Security is good.

Palms Mall parking lot is one big car-park space that’s constructed to international standards. The peaking process is efficient and seamless as you’re given your parking ticket on your way in. Well marked out with wheelchair parking space saliently marked. This ample parking space is always patrolled by security staff for safety.

The parking lot system here is efficient and it works. You get a token at the entrance and you pay for the to time spent at the mall.

After paying at the counter. The counter is located at the entrance of the mall hall it's self, remember to take the token_ coin and a receipt back to your car to be presented at the exit gate.

First hour is free. Just a second over and you will have to pay 200bucks. Totally socks. The mall mgt wanted to get back at loafers who use the mall parking without shopping but they are driving away their customers at the same time.
