Top-notch care is their priority
I was at the hospital to complain of catarrh that was so nasty that it came with severe pain in my stomach. I used the opportunity to ask for further tests which I was billed for. I asked for the basic general tests and some specific ones.
The doctor upon examination and ordering for the tests, prescribed some drugs and injections and wanted to admit me. I protested and they gave me oral dehydration salt. I took the injection and went home only to discover they gave me 7 different drugs which included malaria drugs. I was certain I didn't have malaria symptoms so I want back the next morning to return the who drugs as I suspected foul play.
The good lady dr that intercede when I was going to shout down the hospital when the reception wanted to manage me did a good job to explain most of the drugs bit couldn't justify why they gave me malaria drug..
Fast forward to 4 days later when I came back for my results. They couldn't even make it ready, I had to wait over 25 mins to get it and when it finally came they informed me I had to pay another 2000 naira to have a dr go over the results with me. That did go down well with me. You took 6000 naira some 4 days ago and service has not been fully given for that fee and you want me to pay you again POSH specialost hospital owner needs to stop trying to look big by perception and improve on service delivery.
Who charges money on follow up within same week and a fee for review of lab results performed by your lab and ordered by your doctors for a patient that just walked in and paid you over 50,000 naira for catarrh
Well behaved staff, always ready to attend to situationsNot just doctors, specialist who can treat your case for a good result but am sorry for you if you don't have enough fund ."Better soup na money kill am"
Good health care providers
The hospital is nice and the workers are nice too but booking a specialist there is war! You have to keep going from one nurse to another or one doctor ro another and begging the cashier to help you call the doctor or atleast tell you when the doctor will be on sit but after all these it won't work unless youre lucky to come the day a specialists will be on sit. My suggestion is its either you place a nurse or rereceptionist there or atleast an active number that one can always call to book a specialists or you start giving the doctors number out. Like today I'm supposed to see a specialists but i have been calling the hospital line to know if the doctor will be on sit to book an appointment for tomorrow but the hospital line is off, last time it was on sef they couldnt book the appointment for me and the cashier that used to help me call him is no longer replying . Please do something to rectify all of these
