Unbelivably slow service. Some integrity issues too.

Poor customer service at the reception. No towel in the convenience and many calls to the front desk did not provide one

Terrible room, terrible service! My bathroom had water leaking into the room and when I informed the hotel, they promised to send someone to check it but never did.
