A good place to be. Great building structures and edifices. Traffic situation is minimal depending on the time of the day. It is both residential and some organisations have their offices there as well.

I lived in Oniru for over 5 years. The water was better than anywhere else I experienced on the Island, it is less commercial than Lekki phase 1, and just a much safer neighborhood

Great Estate, Quiet and Secure too. I'm a bit divided about the security men not allowing visitors drive in after 10pm though, because even when a resident is in an uber, sometimes - most times, they wouldnt still allow the uber drive in. So though, Its great for security purposes, its annoys me too sometimes.

Pros - Cool an serene environment with well structured housing layout, good and accessible roads.
Cons - Access roads to other parts of the Victoria Island and Lekki are locked permanently,thereby making it a strenuous journey out of the estate. Some roads in the estate are bad

It's a perfectly safe estate. It's close to the palms, Oriental hotel and Fourpoint by Sheraton. It's the home of the King.

It's located in a nice environment, it's affordable too. However it wasn't adequately planned It doesn't have sufficient parking and it has bad interconnecting roads in some places

Housing Estate with poor access road. Power supply is erratic. It requires a dedicated facility manager.

Decent estate with decent security.

A bit on the expensive side.

Minus 1 star for the estate management not allowing fiber optics into the estate.

Very easy access to a gas station, the mall/cinema and both Lekki and VIctoria Island.

Its a little difficult to get out of early in the morning on a weekday due to traffic.
