Great Estate, Quiet and Secure too. I'm a bit divided about the security men not allowing visitors drive in after 10pm though, because even when a resident is in an uber, sometimes - most times, they wouldnt still allow the uber drive in. So though, Its great for security purposes, its annoys me too sometimes.

Pros - Cool an serene environment with well structured housing layout, good and accessible roads.
Cons - Access roads to other parts of the Victoria Island and Lekki are locked permanently,thereby making it a strenuous journey out of the estate. Some roads in the estate are badresponse / report this review -

It's a perfectly safe estate. It's close to the palms, Oriental hotel and Fourpoint by Sheraton. It's the home of the King.

It's located in a nice environment, it's affordable too. However it wasn't adequately planned It doesn't have sufficient parking and it has bad interconnecting roads in some places
