This is my third time at the hotel. Nothing much has changed over the years. Comfortable place to spend the night.
Nothing fancy. Depending on where you stand the pricing could be considered good value for money. A bit of loud music from the poolside could be a pain when you need to snooze early though. Overall I'd rate it 3* for Warri.response / report this review -

Poor customer service, noise pollution, terrible room attendant, rooms not worth its price, ordered for food for me and two of my guests and took over two hours, called for laundry service more than 3times but till i checked out they never came, my guests Ac wasnt cooling in a room that costs 12,000, i could not watch soccer properly as the signal was very poor and the list is endless

The place is cosy, they hv awesomely nice rooms plus the event hall is just too nice. The only reason am giving a 4-star rating is because the road to the public restroom from the event hall isn't OK at all. Just too messy.

Guest rooms are fully equipped with internet facility with spacious halls for different categories of parties and ceremonies. In house mobile police men stationed 24 hours. Local and continental cuisine and 120 parking space for car park

The environment is OK but the room I slept was not properly clean. There was left over of soap and other toiletries left by former occupant,also stop the smoking of drugs and cigarettes in the room.

The bathroom was not nice at all. The towels looked dirty and the bed sheet felt like it wasn't properly washed

There were no towels. The water system in the place was nothing to write home about. It took forever to feel up a bucket. They had dirty buckets and bowls in the bathroom. Took forever to put on the generator when power was out. Horrible experience .
