THIS MOSQUE WAS RE-NAMED AS OKE-ADU MOSQUE. IT WAS FIRST AND FORMERLY NAMED MOTALA MOSQUE. THIS RENOVATION TOOK PLACE BETWEEN MID-1979 AND WAS COMMISIONED IN 1980. There is a close besides the mosque leading to founders house known as ('Kaa'fa') meaning 'house of scholar '
