The best Chinese Restaurant in Enugu so far. Super meal. My wife requested for fried rice with prawn but she got rice with egg. And the waiter couldn't change it.

It's nice and cozy. Usually a lot of political parties hold their meetings there so it can get rowdy at times.

Bad service, no management present, great food.
Be prepared to wait a long time to be served, food takes a long time to be prepared.
Many items on the menu is out of stock.

Don't expect to satisfy your curiosity of Chinese foods here, as the food isn't much different from your regular upscale combo, which is a good thing, you might find some of the dishes tasting weird, perhaps that's the Chinese Characteristic, However the place is excellent for small parties, quite ones though, service here can compete anywhere on the globe, and You can perhaps if lucky, satisfy your longing for a taste of Chinese. Most options on the menu aren't usually available. They NEVER have the craband hope you love sweetcorn soup for a starter and fruits on ice for dessert😕? It's a cosy place though. But needs improvement on service.

It was a very nice place, it was my birthday so I choose to celebrate it there, nice drinks and barbecue, it's a very cerene place to spend time with friends

So I had heard so much about Octopus Chinese restaurant so much so that when the time came, I decided it would be a nice place to take my girlfriend.
The place has a really nice ambience, it is clean and quiet and quite a nice place.but the food! Oh the food! It was tasteless. I ordered egg-fried and sweet and sour pork and it didn't taste as much as it cost, plus the portion sizes were too large.
To me, Octopus scores high on presentation and service but very low on food and food is the main thing isn't it?response / report this review -

One of the best places to eat in town. Service was fast, I wouldn't recommend any of the Beef dishes (I'm not sure it's possible to get properly cooked beef anywhere in Nigeria).
