Lovely place with nice decorations. Customer service is excellent and the massage I had there was definitely value for money. Appointments are required for their services but you only pay after the service.

The service rendered was worth the cash. The massage therapist was so professional about the whole exercise. I felt like it should continue forever. In all, I had a great time there. Plus, it's so easy to get there using your GPS. 😍

Third time’s the charm I guess.

So I typically will never try a place with bad customer service reviews but as my sister swore by their facial, I just had to 🙈.
The first time I called to book an appointment, the lady promised to call back to confirm if they could take a walk in (this was about 6pm-ish). I waited about 20mins and called her back and guess what? She’d forgotten to call me back.
The 2nd time I called a little earlier and was told to come through. Got there in less than 15mins only to be told I had to wait almost an hour Of course I turned around and left?
But I didn’t give up! Lol so next day, I call again after work and they asked me to come down (in fact, they had been “looking for my number to ask me to come in” 🙄). I sha went.
Waited about 10-15mins then went in for what I can say was (without setting too high an expectation) one of the best facial treatments I’ve ever had. Thanks to Toyin.

My 3 star however, is because the management definitely needs to improve on customer service; especially communication and time management.

Terrible bar none customer service. I called the main outlet to confirm the Lekki 1 outlet address, the receptionist didn't know it. They take literally a day to respond to WhatsApp enquiries - that's if they bother to. Don't expect them to call you back to confirm whether or not your product is now in stock - even if they promise to. And finally, they only appear to make one batch of their products so when whatever you buy runs out you really, really need to start looking elsewhere for a substitute. Final word I shake the dust of Oriki Spa from my sandals NEVER to return

Beautiful spa, terrible terrible hard wax Brazilian. I now know why wax specialists in the USA need to have a beauty school certificate which they hang up on the wall for everyone to see. From the moment my lady started the wax I knew she was no expert and didn't really know the basics about waxing- a simple google search will reveal that you are supposed to pull off the wax AGAINST the direction of hair growth not in the same direction. I had to correct her after a few times doing it the wrong way and she tells me it hurts less that way. Now let's see if I was scared about the pain why would I be waxing and not using some other hair removal method? I'm more scared of ingrown hairs and having the hairs come back prematurely than the pain. And that's exactly what happened, a ton of ingrowns and a many hairs are back because they were not plucked from the root but broke somewhere beneath my skin. Nice gal, really, but when I pay money for a professional wax I actually expect a certified professional to do it or at least someone who really knows what they are doing. And this was not the case here, I might as well have done it myself, which I likely will now have to start doing. Sigh.

Great customer service and excellent delivery. Came 30mins late for an appointment and kept them a few minutes after closing time with zero complaints from them. They kept their smiles on
