  I must commend the efforts of the staff of NIS Makurdi for their fast and efficient service. All the way from Lagos, I got my passport booklet in less than 2 hours.

  Within 3 hours, I was able to get my International Passport done and delivered to me on the same day in their office in Makurdi.

  Passport process in Makurdi was very fast and the there was no Queue at all. Unlike Lagos. The Officers are all neat and well mannered.

  Big ups to Nigeria Immigration service, Benue state command. The environment is neat right from the gate to the office complex. The officers are friendly and welcoming. The office complex is always busy with passport applicants and other official activities. All officers are well dressed both on uniform and mufti. Passport application and capturing took only few mins for me.
  Lastly! The office complex looks old and needs restructuring.
