New London Estate is located at Baruwa, Ipaja, Lagos.It is a very serene and beautiful place though the roads are not good at all. Accommodation there is affordable.

It is located in a far, dreary, out-of-town suburb and has poor dirt roads which become muddy and even waterlogged in the rainy season due to poor drainage. Water, electricity, security and upscale, modern facilities and entertainment might be lacking
