Went there to book a room for a friend, they were so kind and friendly. The rooms affordable and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The estate it's in is really quiet and safe too.

The hotel has very poor management. The shower is very dirty and leaks. The towels - let’s not go there. Common TV remote the room does not have, food expensive. Sadly, I didn’t read the review before booking this hotel and was deceived by the online picture.

Nevada Hotels & Suites was noticed by me because it was relaunched or reopened by some top celebrities in the Nigerian eneteraintment inudustry.

So I thought, this is new and would be a perfect fit. Booked a room for 2 nights and I wasn’t disappointed structure wise when I got to th place.

This hotel is located within an estate so I could say it makes it more comfortable and security tight. However, it is almost at the end of Aungi road. This could be an advantage if you are looking to get away from the world and hide but for me, being that the road to is narrow and so busy, the commute to the hotel is quite stressful. So with traffic it takes you about 25 minute to the hotel from Lekki Express Way.

Inside the hotel is clean. Beautiful space, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor bar.

Hotel staff is nice and courteous and the female hotel manager is extremely good.

The room is not bad but since the bathroom is good, that's a pass for me.

Here are a few things that struck out to me:

1.       The kind of people that checked into the hotel: majority of hotel guests were young people. Women moving around in bikinis from the room, to reception to pool side. Men walking in their trunks to the bar. Omg! smoking, shish-a, alcohol drinking. Then the noise! I literally had a culture shock.If you are family oriented, or came into town for work or morally upright, this ain’t the place for you. The funny thing is, the hotel is always fully booked by these set of people so it shows they have a type of clientele they attend to.

2.       The hotel sheets and towels were brown and not white. Sometimes brought in damp. Word of advice, get your own towel.

3.       The food menu is expensive! Let me rephrase, there is nothing bad with expensive however, give value for the price. I mean their food prices is like 1k different with the likes of four points and co and they ain't on the same pedestal.
And because the hotel is located inside, the stress of going out to eat is another journey.

Overall, will rate it a 5/10
