I've been to other orientation camps across the country, but I must say that Wailo camp has beat my imagination. Basically the environment is serene only for that intense heat from the sun which makes the water warm at every time of the day. The officers are quite friendly, food is cheap and affordable. It's very recommendable camp.
One of the best NYSC camps in terms of human relation, schedule of activities and security. It's good to camp there.
Well it's not so bad, cold will ravage you,as well as heat and dust, but the water is always hot anytime of the day,so you don't need to worry about looking for hot water when you want to bathe. The nights can be beautiful most times, especially when the stars come out. Generally you get used to the environment, but not the dust 😅.
The hostels aren't all bad, they're above average. The food isn't good. But that and the weather aside, it's excellent. One of the best camps I visited
Calm, quiet environment. Really hot in the afternoons For those who will attend camp there, keep yourself hydrated as much as you can; be sure to take a water bottle, sun shades and sunscreen
It's a very nice place to camp, 24/7 water, electricity, quality food, but the roads leading to the hostel are not tiled which makes corp members wash their white shoes virtually every minute.
It was a wonderful experience in wailo camp bauchi
It's pretty rural. Although the living conditions aren't great, it's enough to serve its purpose.
NYSC orientation camp, Wailo, Bauchi State, is a nice place. The buildings are all good and painted although there is no tarred road in the camp. The military personnels there are also very friendly and not harsh contrary to what you hear other Corp members complain about other military personnels in other states.
The only problem there is that the tap water usually cuts but there is a manual well where corpers can go fetch water.
One of the worst NYSC Orientation Camp in Nigeria. The buildings are very old, pit latrine tiolets, the sun is pretty much here. Only the female hostel is somehow good. The male hostel is worst especially Ganjuwa hall.
Had my NYSC camp, fun place to be and go early to get a good space
Was great.. had a wonderful time in weeks.
The whether condition is not that favourable though but good.
Most notherners are so friendly and helpful They are always ready to drill and train you in love and Correction.
Permanent NYSC camp. Its okay with adequate security and steady water supply. However, there is no supply of power from the National grid.
Is one of the best camps in the country yet difficult
I really miss Wailo orientation camp Bauchi State Ganjuwa Local Government, I enjoy the place during my Camp exercise. Being me as a Governor of my hostel specifically despite all the challenges our hostel is the best and we win the first position for the two inspection that was carried out by Camp officials with total score of 76 and 81.
Big thanks to my Camp Director Rikko Abdullahi Shuaibu, my Hostel supervisor and all the officials including the securities.
Very nice orientation camp. Its sweet, conducive, friendly and nice.
I love the place
The camp is neat and well arranged. All social amenities necessary to survive in the camp is present but the orientation hall is too small to contain larger number of Corp members at the same time.
Harsh weather but peaceful
I really enjoy my orientation camp in wailo, Ganjuwa local government.
There are basic amenities such as water and electricity.
Wailo camp is a very nice place
Everything here is xx I meant in times of cool or hit period but I one of d best camp in 9ja.
This place is a living freezer Come prepared
Very big camp too much space and it nice to be here
At afternoon the sun ray could be very hot, it has a red soil type that make the environment dusty and dirty.
As at now I am dropping this review, I am doing my NYSC orientation course at Wailo. This place is strangely sunny, but it's a cool place nevertheless.
I had a wonderful experience in wailo orientation camp.
I successfully done my assignment
I liked this place because I did my orientation camp there and is cool!
Satisfactory
It's a very nice place
Its spacious, peaceful, well organized and there is access to necessary resources
