Please be assured that when you go to Festac office, you're not getting the New Passport that include your NIN Number, they will issue you the very Old Passport. But they won't tell you. I was a victim of this unfaithful service. Be warned. If you need the New Passport ho to Ikeja or Ikoyi.

I had a very horrible experience with my childrens" passport renewal at Festac office. I thought I could seek redress with the customer care when I called the no, but I met with a very unprofessional officer who complicated issues. How can we get it right in Nigeria with this entitlement attitude in public service. Service per billing mentality

Timely service rendered compared to the crowd.
If you have your complete documents, you wouldn't have any problem.

The service they give to citizens, is quite good, but there could be improvement in the restroom facilities provided.

It's a government agency, lower your expectations. Could be hard to locate for a first timer though. Plenty of places to sit, don't mean they are comfortable though.

One of the worst passport services I've ever experienced!
The single star given is because I don't have a worse option.
My kids dropped their information in May only to retrieve their passport in July.
Whereas, I got mine at Ikoyi under a week, i.e. I applied after their hold-up and collected mine before they did.

One of the worst passport offices possible!

The Nigerian immigration service in Festac town is probably one of the most unorganized places I have visited, the inadequacy of the facility for people would be hardly paralleled; much more fore the physically challenged. There is no iota of customer service. I have seen better government facilities
