Whenever my order doesn't have a tracking number to show that it's with them,the will never call me for it which means it's lost.. It wasn't so when I was using VI and Ikoyi post office, both tracked and untracked items were delivered no matter how small it is.

The place is okay, they are fast, they don't keep people waiting. Small packages are free and they charge little for other packages, as low as 100 naira.

They deliver. Their prices are outrageously cheap. In terms of efficiency, they still have some work to do. I use this particular office to receive a lot of goods purchased from China, through Ali Express, and haven't had any issues yet.

I believe they need to to upgrade to a level the can be receiving payments via POS or through other online means rather than cash, especially since there's a Paga Money Transfer unit right in the building.
