The first of its kind in the whole 36 states of Nigeria. It houses offices, event hall and parking lot. A multi-million Naira NAPPS Secretariat built during Dr. Abayomi Jiboku's tenure as the Ogun State NAPPS President. It was completed in less than two years of his tenure.
