You buy things easily

I was in Akure for a private matter and decided to check NAO out after having been told it was the best supermarket around.
The entrance is not welcoming. It is crowded and nobody seems to be in control of ensuring ease if entrance and exit, which created a negative first impression.
Two of the male customer service assistants should go through basic training again. One at the till was so disrespectful and unhappy that he dealt with me and two other customers without a smile or even once looking up or at us. When I pointed this out gracefully to him, he ignored my comments completely. When the customer before me offered to let me go first since I had one item and he had a full trolley, this assistant very reluctantly allowed this!
This should not be so. I hope this will help to underline the importance of training, not simply dismissal.response / report this review -
