  They don't update prices of their goods on the shelf. Prices at counter are different from what is displayed on the shelf. And they never have change.

  The place is a breathe of fresh air in sagamuplenty of everyday things that would have otherwise been unavailable around here..quite affordable toofrom various types of bread to bigger stuff like electronics including washing machines,refrigerators etc. I can almost call it a one stop shop. The ambience is great..staff are courteous..range of goods is wide and prices are competitive.

  I love this mall, I go there at least thrice in a week to get different things. Their groceries section is filled with different varieties of products.
  Their electronics, home gadgets and toy section is also a bit full but still need a little touch up.
  The only issue I have with modu is their fashion section for both kids and adult, they don't have up to date fashion wears and accessoriesthey really need to improve on that.

  This is a shopping mall where you can buy various items like, shoes, wears and any kinds of toy for children and adults. Also a place where you can buy your spicy and nourishing biscuits and drinks.
