  Today February 11, 2023 made it about 21 days that Mode web went offline with my hosting account of one year Paid 2nd of January 2023. This is ridiculous.
  They have restored my domain back on 11th February , 2023 but I lost all my files. I have to start afresh. Life goes on But the good thing is that their customer service is great. Life happens to us at times

  A lot of hosting companies these days can guarantee quality hosting plans, but what really counts for me is the customer service. That's what brought me to this platform and I've be a real happy customer ever since.
  
  My first site I hosted there, was having a bit of a problem setting things up. Didn't really know what I was doing till I talked to their customer care agent, and everything became more understandable.
  
  A strong recommendation from me. Worth more than just 5 stars ;)

  Mode web host is one of the best hosting company in Nigeria, knowing them is one of the best thing that as happened to me. Honestly i have tried and used a lot of web hosting company but ever since i switched to Mode web hosting company have being enjoying the best service, their customer services is very responsive compared to what is obtainable with others. I recommend Mode web host for your domain and hosting.
