Not well constructed for east,smooth and enjoyable shopping experience

A designated portion in the estate fenced in and built as lock up shops. The shops deal on general household goods and artisan shops. A onestop arena to stock up for wives and mothers. The arrival of shop rite at festival mall has reduced traffic to it.

It's a place I've known for a while Knew when the shopping center was overshadowed by the shopping complex which was brought down by fashola govt. Though it started to become the market for the area until the recent demolition of shop around and the structure around and bad leadership also. But I'm hoping it get back on being the number one market in mile2 lga

It's a shell of itself. Ever since all unapproved structures where demolished in the Estate, it's been a real struggle to get everything you need to cook at one location. The locals Have to depend on insider knowledge of who sells what and go knocking on the doors of the vendors as they sell from home. Visitors like me have to look for other means needing to go to Agboju or as far as Suru-Alaba or Orile to get good deals.
