This is My fourth time lodging there. Nice and quiet. Overly friendly staff. 24hrs electricity is a plus. Downside is faulty amenities in some rooms. My third choice of room was perfect tho.

Pros:
Beautiful structure, courteous staff, spacious room, pocket friendly room rate, ac & fan fitted, complimentary breakfast, near UI, comfortable bed, quiet environment
Cons:
Poorly maintained facility - toilet wares , no international news or action movie Tv stations, water heater did not work even after I changed room - had to ask for hot water with a bucket, day time generator did not power AC, bad access road,
Bottom line:
A budget hotel for business visit in Ibadan where you can relax after hard day work.

Very clean environment. Moderately priced rooms with matching facilities like water, light and air-conditioned rooms. Relatively sound proof save the low hum of the generator if your room is situated on the ground floor.

The food is good too. Payments are via cash only. May be hard to locate for the first-timer. Compound a little squeezed for space

Quite cheap, with beautiful buildings and large parking space, but very poor power supply. There's almost not always light, and they are very reluctant to turn on their generators. Therefore, you don't get air conditioning until night and early hours of the morning.
You may not notice these problems though, if you check in at night and check out the next morning.
NB: the 2 stars is for the building.
