Has a large space for parking of cars.
There is an eatery here; Tantalizers to be precise. I was at this eatery, their meal tastes great but I was not happy with the service from the waiters, who kept customers waiting all in the name of no plates to use and serve.

I recently stayed here and it was truly wonderful hanging out around here. The accommodations were marvelous and the staff friendly and outgoing. From top to bottom, one of the places anyone would want to stay in the suburb of Lagos. Very good service, clean and good location, friendliest neighbours, health club with pool and gym facilities included.

Mafair garden is a residential estate fenced and secure. There is a bank ( FirstBank) and a restaurant (tantarlizer) at the entrance.
