Located right on the main road heading into Maryland from Anthony Bus Stop side. Traffic is a nightmare in that area so plan your trip to the mall carefully. They've got underground parking which is unusual for Lagos. The mall is small but packed with shops. There's variety of shop's available. Shoprite is there. Food court at the top floor where the cinema's are. It does get a crowd on the weekends.

Almost everything you need in one place except a lodge which can easily be found at nearby hotels. This mall has facilities to make your visit a comfortable and enjoyable one.
Nice place for meetings, lunch dates, hangouts, movie dates or just kids fun timeout. Varieties of shopping outlets as well as stomach infrastructure channels.

This mall is small compared to other malls, but, this is what makes it a cosy place to hang out. The mall is not too full so you don't have long queues to buy your ticket or order popcorn. The movie hall is neat, the temperature is perfect and there are lovely eateries. They don't have a lot of shops, but the ones available will satisfy you; the supermarket, a phone shop, a perfume shop, an Ankara dress shop and bookshop. They also have a surface and awesome basement car park. The area is safe. This is a good place to hang out with your friends or family

The Maryland Mall, popularly called the ‘Big Black Box’ due to its outer covering, is a mall which is poised to give you a wholesome shopping experience of international standard.
This mall houses over 40 shops, 4 cinema screens, bars, restaurants, a food court as well as a wide parking space. Its strategic location, interior ambience, and exterior outlook are sure to give you a relaxing feel as well as amaze when you visit this Mall.
This Mall which sits over a land mass of 7,700sqm is the first mall in Nigeria to have an underground park, and its location also witnesses a traffic flow of not less than 5000 cars hourly.
One striking thing about this mall is that it is not too expensive to shop at this mall and it offers you a plethora of options when it comes to restaurants.
Another highlight of the Maryland Mall is the fact that the interior of the Mall looks the same both at Day and at Night, as the internal lighting is supplied artificially. In other words, the black cloth covering the Mall limits natural light from coming in.

Amazing shopping mall will lots of places to shop around and to relax. If you are phone type Harmony Real plus is there for you or Tecno shop is also available. Looking for mouth watering there lots to choose from. Among is the Place, chicken republic and others.
Children fun place is also available. Smoothie shop, scent and perfume shop also available. The car park is awesome and the basement is also good for car park. The cinema is amazing words cannot explain until you see for your self.

A very nice mall located in the heart and business area of Lagos. It has lots of things in it such as eateries, cinemas, fashion outlets and mobile. Lots of side attractions are also available either for kids or adults that will make your visit a pleasurable and memorable one.

It's easily accessible.
The environment is wonderful.
It's a beautiful facility that is almost never crowded and the shops in the mall are just perfect.
It's one of the few sensible malls where you won't get accosted by someone soliciting funds or some type of support every 3 minutes.

Maryland mall is one of the popular malls springing up around Lagos.The seemingly well planned mall with good parking lot houses interesting shops and Cinema, I see it as one portable one out of many and very easy to access for someone who is not mobile. From my experience it is always busy, but not usually crowded like most of the malls housing Shoprites in town. It's portable yet you will most likely get what you need to buy.

Maryland mall is one of the best malls on the mainland to me because it's hardly ever crowded. The ambience is quite nice. A lot of good restaurants, a cinema. It's good for the kids because there are enough play grounds. There is also enough parking space.

A place like never before, it housed Shoprite Supermarket and Stores and a Cinema hall it is easily accessible by both motorist and pedestal. There is a pedestrian crossing nearby for easy crossing because it is along Ikorodu road.

A building with shops selling various P, with eateries and cinema. It had a lovely ambience and store were groceries and services can be gotten. It also basement parking to accommodate more visitors

It has a cinema Need I say more?
It's a large mall with a good number of shops. It's also located in a serene area of Lagos and also an artery road from which one can connect to any part of Lagos mainland by bus.
It's located about 20 minutes away by bus from the local market, 5 minutes to a catholic church.
A downside is that the parking lot is limited.

The mall is nice. There are loads of options to choose from. Whether skating or just eating Chinese. I also love the fact that there is a food court. You shouldn't come here during public holidays though if you are not a fan of a "crusade"

I love the ambience of the mall. The stores are well laid out across the mall. The security in the mall is commendable, they usually use a metal detector upon entry which is not common in this part of the world.

Cons:
- Mall can get a bit overcrowded during public holidays.
- Parking could be an issue for some

It's really a nice place to be if you're looking for a place to relax, have fun and at the same time get value for your money. Things are affordable. Although the size is small, but it's well designed and properly managed.

I didn't like the food court. Smoke from all the vendors chokes you out. Without the smoke, it's a beautiful space. Update: I have come to love this place. Check out Ying Yang on the third floor if you come through. Absolute delight.
