  A one time experience here when my uncle's car was arrested because he doesn't have a tinted permit for his car. Unknowingly, it was the new free online application they were referring to while he thought he had the old permit. They were at first declaring to take him to mobile court but at the end of the day it was settled and told to get it done. These officers should be more courteous and respectful when relating to the community anyway
