  Too long queues, no speedy service delivery and customers hang out at one corner inside the building.very pathetic.

  Parking space for customers is usually a challenge, you have to make do with on-street parking if space is available. This include long queue in the office waiting for attendants even on weekend. However, the attendants are quite friendly.

  The place does not have fresh smell at all. Not so clean and sharp looking the way MTN office in Abuja should be.
  Staff attitude is cordial and ok.
  Is just the aura of the place needs to change.

  Every single time i have visted MTN office there's always a long queue. They have friendly and helpful staff , but i really don't like the long queue.
