  From the front desk lady that was rude,spelled my name wrong and put the wrong gender,even after I wrote it out clearly on a piece of paper, to the person doing the MRI who was flat out disrespectful to me, after making me change into the hospital gown and sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hours with no explanation as to why I had to be half-naked sitting among 6 other fully clothed men and women. I expected professionalism and in the very least a pleasant face, someone to explain the procedure or what was expected.
