  The experience is nasty. This is a company that made people miss important appointments. Continous patronage of their buses means regular query at wirk for late coming which can lead to sack. Don't say I don't tell u

  This company runs the most customer unsatisfactory business on earth.
  The most annoying thing about this company is how they care-less about how their customers feel about the service the company render them.
  Many a time one buys ticket and is been delayed at their terminal for over 3hours. And, ticket after purchase when not used are non-refundable.

  This facility is well conceived. The huge expanse of land and the well engineered layout defines the execution of a good business plan.
  
  The bus park is not open to the public. It has an automated bus wash service, several service bay for repair of broken buses, an oil recovery system for oil change and a suitably sized warehouse for bus spare replacement
  
  There is an elaborate administrative building that acts as the nerve centre of operations at the facility.
  
  There is a refueling station within the facility too, where buses are refuelled for the daily shift.
  
  The facility was built by the Chinese and looks like a quality job was done.
