Trade fair is a business center, a market where varieties of items ranging from cosmetics to confectioneries, clothes, shoes, cars, kitchen wares among others things are sold at affordable prices, depending on who you meet anyways. However, for a place that bears the name "International Center for Commerce," and one of the largest markets in West Africa, the management system is very bad, to say the least. The environment is poor and does not depict it's title. Something needs to be done urgently to save the face of this market.

Horrible infrastructure. Do not visit when it is raining. The approach road just doesn't exist. You will have to drive through dirt to get in. Only good thing is the market has everything and it is mainly wholesale. Prices are good but you need to negotiate. There are individual buildings inside the complex and each building sells only one category of items.

Really big place. Items are quite affordable. Weaves, provisions and cosmetics have the greatest bargain. Come in early to miss traffic and get the most.

This is one of the best places in the city of Lagos to get affordable items of a wide range at wholesale and retail prices: Baking Items, Cosmetics, Tailoring Items, Provisions, Home Appliances even Auto Parts.

It is indeed a business hub.

Also known as Balogun Business Association (BBA), if only extra attention can be diverted into this complex, then its already international standard will be greatly enriched.

The Tradefair Complex is also host to several 'Trade Fairs' both internationally and locally.
