I honestly wish I could give this hotel -5 stars. I don't usually write reviews but I had to in order to help others. My family and I booked over 25 rooms at Labim in December 2020 and men were we disappointed.
The Air conditioner in about 90% of the rooms did not work at all for over 3 days, eventually they had them replaced but we had already spent 3 days with no air-conditioning!!
The water heater in about 40% of the rooms were not working!!
The beddings were horrible. Imagine telling your guests that the reason why they did not have any pillowcase on one of the pillows was because there was none! in a hotel were the least price per room we paid was N13400.
Then there was also roaches in about 2 rooms.
Also there was constant noise from non lodgers who came to use the pool or the hall!!
there was so much issues, we just could not leave because we had paid over 50% as down payment and we knew it would be impossible to get a refund in Nigeria.
With all the complaints we had, if we were in a civilized country we would had been given some kind of compensation like a discount or refund of some sort!!!
Please avoid this hotel at all cost!

Best experience you could have. Exotic, no light out! Best environment for relaxation. Labim is anything u can ever ask for. Excellent service and affordable.
