They are not experts at their work, told me my screen was bad and I had to change it with 75,000, all along it was a shaky connection TV is working perfectly without repair

The centre is beautiful but the LG service centre is terrible. The staff don't keep any promise. They refuse to honour warranty until you take them to the regulatory bodies. My last experience took over 6 months to get them to honour a warranty for just repair of an air conditioning unit. I don't know how long the current experience will last

LG Fouani group Nigeria has saved me many times. Once I searched all over the FCT for someone to repair my LG TV Buh kept hitting brick walls or expensive cost of repairs and parts. I got a recommendation to go to the service centre at Idu. Although a bit hard to locate at first. I got there and the service was top notch. Customer service is excellent. The environment is nice. They document your appliances perfectly. And quite affordable as well. The price difference between street repair and Fouani is so wide. Fouani gives you 100 percent genuine parts with certified LG professionals handling your repairs. And at a cheaper price as well.
