The Pharmacy is organized.
You can get drugs here and also cosmetic products.
The pharmacy has been in existence for a while now and it is one of the premium pharmcies here in Ibadan. It is a stone throw from UCH main gate.response / report this review -

A very busy pharmacy. Wheel chair accessible parking is present but the entrance is not wheel chair accessible.
Long queues are evident partly due to their drugs being one of the cheapest source on offer in Ibadan.
The have a public toilet available for customers usage.
The accept cash, Debit and credit card payments.
The pharmacy can be quite rowdy and noisy, almost like what entails in a market.response / report this review -

A good example of a thriving retail business outfit. Prices are lower here but, large customer turnout stresses customer relations capacity, leaving room for more innovative improvement by management. I hope they will look at that.

No doubt, Kunle Ara features the best drug quality and price in Ibadan, but beyond that staff (cashier) customer relationship is a key attributes that should never be found wanting. Many a time, I have had encounter with rude cashier and I have seen cashier relate rudely with customers. I think the management should offer routine training for the cashiers and ensure they operate in line with best customer service practices.
