  I was in this facility and one thing I found rather strange is that this place is grossly under utilized. The place is massive with large parking space, beautiful lockup shops and the whole nine yards, but business activities here is almost lifeless. I believe one of the factors that negates business thriving in this Modern Market is the Dutse market that’s just a block away
