My mum booked a room overlooking the car park and I wanted to get a quick nap after a very busy day (I am a light sleeper). I couldn’t sleep a wink because of the noise from the gates and horning and as people drive in or walk down the corridor. I have stayed in hotel with no sound proof windows or rooms but this hotel is the worst. Every little sound is amplified because of how it’s designed I believe. The acoustics is horrible.
I asked to be moved to the other side but I was warned the bar which is extremely loud would go on for a long tome around midnight. I was now moved to a lower grade room, with hopes it would be quieter. I didn’t care just wanted to sleep- Even though the mattress was stained and toilet disgusting. I was wrong! Was awake till 3.30am. The acoustic design is just horrible. If you want some pics and quiet don’t book this hotel.response / report this review -

Relatively impressive facilities but need to look more into maintaining the facilities and freshness(beddings etc) in d rooms. Some Front Desk staff have no biz being d Welcome-face for d hotel, totally rude, impatient, quarrelsome n uncouth. They should be careful with how guests are handled as we are all guests n expect utmost respect n professionalism. Wi-Fi Almost non-existent. Pls get more POS. I shall be back and recommend to others though. All d best.

It's nicely situated and with good views if you are in the pent floor. Ekiti government house within view as well

I had made this a preference having visited 6 different hotels and couldn't get any satisfaction. I'll give five stars base on the location, security awareness and how couteous the staffs are. This is an hotel the chief security (Victor) found my bank card and returned without any concern. I hope to be back there anytime my journey goes through Ado Ekiti. I will recomend to and genuine individual.
