An monumental library complex. A good place to study and research literature.
Poor electric power supply to this building makes studying being here uncomfortable.

KDL has its popularly called is a large library, very useful as a quiet place to study. The problem is perhaps it lacks proper cataloging and recent books. However the library is always being made better, with more and more useful additions. It's also very nicely built.

KDL is old, like really old. The cataloguing system is old school and the librarians are recalcitrant to help most times. If you're coming here with your own books then the library is good. The seats are comfy and the atmosphere is serene
