In the cheapest room I stayed in, which is ten thousand naira air condition works well, big bed, hot water available, the only problem was the bathroom which was broken and not comfortable to stand in, maybe it was a recent problem that was going to be fixed not sure. But overall it was a good stay.

Beautiful hotel in Utako beside peace park. They don't have a pool and I tried using their gym since February and they are still yet to make it function in May. They have a fantastic saloon and halls for social events.

It's excellent, Kanem Suites is one of the best Hotel I have ever been to in the whole of Nigeria. I don't mind if my I will spend the whole year in Kanem Suites. The hotel is just Superb.
