Brought my guests there and they totally enjoyed the place. Nice pool bar. They were upgraded the next time they came. I’m sure they will be there next time.

Comfy and cozy hotel. Nice pool side sitout too. Rooms were nice and neat and the personnel are very courteous. Plenty of parking space. Hotel is easily accessible by the road side. Will visit again.

The worst experience ever!!!
Called for breakfast in the morning, simple tea and plain bread. The breakfast never came. Asked for hot water; they rather argue about an imaginary kettle in my room. Very poor service, doesn't get any worse than this.response / report this review -

I wish there was a star lower than 1 star. Got into the restaurant around 7.50pm. No one to seat us bcos the staff where gathered at the bar talking and laughing. Had to seat ourselves. They ignored us for more than 5mins. We started yelling to alert them like we where bugging them. The waitress was not very encouraging or familiar with the menu. took our order and told us our food would take 25mins. We asked for appetizer to hold us. We where told they don't sell any of the appetizer on their menu. Had to seat there for over an hour without our food coming out and all the staff's ignoring us as we waited. We had to end up speaking up about the delay. They told us they where going to check on the food. Still nothing. We had to walk out of the place.I was very unhappy. Left hungry at 9.15pm.
