This restaurant has giant strides in being fore-runner for efficient service and customer care.

The parking is quite limited but the establishment has found a way round that with effective parking assistance and staff that monitor parking.

The ambiance is quite cool once you enter the restaurant. There is enough sitting for everyone. The servers are also many and are neatly uniformed.

What i actually found fascinating was that Clients are requested to sit as soon as they come in , a waiter will come to you with a mobile device they hold which tells them what is available, which they use to order for you ( this order goes straight to the kitchen), they also use this devise to calculate your bill.

Once your orders goes through, they bring bring in drinks and the food is ready and brought out in an average time of 5mins. Which is so impressive.

Your receipt is printed immediately with your meal.
There is also option for cashless payment.

The food quantity too is quite sufficient. The food quality and quantity is really up there.

You can be in and out of the restaurant in 10-15mins if you want to do takeaway.

I would advise anyone in Abuja to visit this restaurant.

An interesting restaurant to visit in Abuja for African meals. No money is wasted here because you'd get good that could go round for 3 persons :)

Located in a great arena for both locales and foreigners who want to have a deal of the African food.

Good place for dining your family. Take away is available. The only problem is parking space during busy periods. So watch the time you will go there. Good food though.

Pretty good variety of Nigerian dishes. But if you are looking for an intimate meal, this isn’t for you. Service as well is just basic.

A place where you can eat very very great African dishes and continental ones too! The staff are courteous, the service is face. Payment is receipted without asking. And they have POS too! I was thrilled that the food arrived almost instantaneously. Excellent! Just like the sister shop.

An upscale restaurant for various kinds of African soups. Variety of meat and local delicacies. Also look out for soups of the day which is very delicious. Parking can sometimes be a challenge but you can park outside. The restaurant has gone technologically advanced as orders are now taken on tablets and transmitted directly to the kitchen. So waiting time to get your food on your table is greatly reduced. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. Very good place to eat and even go out with friends. Peak periods is usually between 12-2pm but the restaurant is open till 10pm. Enjoy

One of the most popular eateries in Nigeria.
Great food from the jollof rice to all the soups they offer. Jevinik provides high quality and a good variety of Nigerian dishes.
Customer service is good compared to other typical restaurants and from my perspective they must pay their waiters well because the turnover seems low as I've seen the same faces there for the past 3-4 years.

    Other feedback
They do not serve any form of alcohol. Which for their branding is good- I guess, but sometimes we like some Origin or Heineken with our food. Small issue though

The Chapman drink is a rip-off. Too much ice. Too little drink.

Also the price point is a little bit high. I.e. budget N2k per person for just a meal, without additional side items like plantain or salad. Budget an extra N500 for each of these.

Overall though, great food, awesome brand.

Great place. The ambience is just right, even though it's a large space, you seem to have your own privacy. I don't know the secret of that. The meal is great. The only snag for me is their grilled chicken it's almost bland. Other than that, the ambience, customer service, food and drinks (the smoothie esp) was top notch.

Very popular place. Favourite lunch place for most people around the area. Parking space is a problem especially around lunch time. Food is served quickly not more than 7 minutes after you sit (yes, I timed it just to be sure). Serves a variety of local dishes. Affordability is relative

Oh my GOD! The food is plentiful! Jevinik has a few other restaurants, if you've been in one, you have been to the others. Their places smell same to me, service is good and always improving. Its your one stop shop for local Nigerian soups, and then food.

Food is great. Price is just about right. Staff could be a little bit more customer conscious in delivery of their duties. But its a great place to eat.

I'm on a family vacation and being in Abuja on transit, we decided to eat here. The food tastes really good and the serving is basically family sized for each person. The ambience is so relaxing and the staff are all warm and welcoming. The service was great, no complaints from me 😊😊😊. I loved itmy parents loved it. I will definitely come here again anytime I come to Abuja.

Great food especially, big fans for African dishes. I enjoyed their swallow. Very nice and satisfying but disappointed their daily specials finishes too quickly anytime I come here. Nonetheless they deserve a 5 star for the food quality and quantity for dat price, services and time taken.
