Nice area but little bit dirty
Jakande is a very nice place but many people hate it because of the water erosion and bad gutters
Google maps directions are spot on.
The estate is a sight for sore eyes. Neglected and very poorly, if at all, maintained. It has clearly deteriorated.
It is also subject to moderate to severe flooding during the raining season.
Otherwise I am sure this estate would have so much potential.
This Estate is obviously not maintained. Accessibility is good, but the buildings need thorough renovation, and the environment is so unkempt; it stands out this way easily, because it’s it’s located in the highbrow part of Lagos with posh houses well maintained. Not to mention the Estate is flood prone during the rainy season, finally, this Estate has been earmarked my the state government for demolition. I know all this because I live not far from the Estate.
Jakande estate i'm sure is one of the most unkept place in Lagos. I don't see the use of garbage can honestly, residents just dump refuse anywhere they see fit. There's no drainage which makes the area always flooded and smelly. Not to forget, the houses are just terrible and weak. It's a shame that people have to live in places like this.
So wonderful an application. Trusted to any fault. Helpful for me driving on uber and others
The place is like a kind of divided area while one side, l mean the side with accessible roads, skyscrapers and good views for the rich and the side with government built dilapidated buildings which look like it would fall down any moment, for the poor masses and the less privileged.
Poorly maintained environment. Ghetto like settlement made up of insane people. Houses are all weak, unpainted and dilapidated, without proper waste and sewage disposal system. Security is also an issue in recent times due to presence of criminals living among residents.
One of affordable housing prototypes in Lagos. Most of the houses are dilapidated and requires painting and renovation
Cheap Affordable houses and proximity to high paying jobs on the island. All these are side attractions this estate offers, although it can get really swampy during heavy rains.
Jakande Estate is a nice place and very aforderble a commotion. That's where am I live now. A big thanks to the former Governor BABA Jakande thank you.
Quiet environment, the roads are not so great and can get water logged when it rains.
The road is not good and when it rain is always flooded.
Its close to the lekki, and elegushi beach, close to circle mall
Well, Jakande is a place to visite because it is contrary to its location, lekki. For now that is where i'm living because of it low cost accommodation.
