  Lodging and conference venue, that's it's benefit for externals, this venue is mostly used for University activities, but also used by staff to do social events, like weddings, birthday parties, conferences and seminar.
  
  They have two halls, a restaurant, and about 10rooms for lodging guests.
  
  This center for the University purposes is for exchange students, coming into the University, and those going outside the school to other schools on exchange basis.
  
  They also host a couple of international opportunities, scholarships and others
  
  Also the official space for AIESEC Portharcourt's (An International NGO) duties.
