The vicinity where it is located is cool, the hall is large enough for 400 people but one can as well use the garden if need be. And it is quite affordable too. It hasn't changed really, the only thing that's being done is consistent maintenance.

Ikorodu Town Hall is not far from the high court.Community meeting, political meetings are always hold there.It is always hired for party such as Wedding, burials,chieftancy title .Etc.maximum security.within the area ,there are two banks.First bank and one other bank.There,s a big church opposite the Town hall.At the back there's a filling station

It's a good place to host your events, both private and public. However thee infrastructure can be improved upon by the relevant government agency.

The place is spacious, there is a green area and parking was okay. Inside the town hall was spacious, with a gallery that was cantilevered.
