  The place is well secured and the staff are well trained to serve the needs of customers. An ATM facility is outside the hotel and the presence of the police and retired military men guarding the premises is a good sign of security. The inner setting is also of continental standard. Every service provided is suitable

  A new hotel strategically located along Rupokwu/Eliozu Road. It has exquisite club, a swimming pool, a lounge, a gym/fitness club and karaoke.

  The staff are messed up. Customer service is very poor. Especially the restaurant. Was in the canteen since 7:30 am placed order for breakfast and till 9:45am I was still waiting for my food.
  You have to call room service before your room is cleaned and they don't give you toiletries except you ask.
  They are all just acting confused !!!!😡
  The owner has a good place . so please please don't let your staff spoil it for you!! Train your staff.
