Ok hotel for a foreigner in a country. The hot water from the tank was not working in our room, so they had to bring hot water for us each time I needed to shower. However their service was great.

Good Location,not very good service. We stayed for 3 nights,on the first night the didnt have the room type we paid for so they put us in a smaller room that had lots of plumbing issues in the bathroom,the very sad thing is that they never acknowledged that they put us in a cheaper and smaller room,the next morning they moved us to a bigger room,the one we actually paid for but then it had plumbing issues too,there was a burst pipe which gushed water,the room didn't get flooded because the water was gushing right by the outlet but it made the room damp,we complained and nothing was done,we also were never able to connect to the wifi. We had power all through the night and the cable TV was good but there are.lots of things that can be fixed/improved

Located at a very busy junction in New Owerri axis. Nice hotel, fair cost, 24 hours power supply, though housekeeper services needs to be seriously improved.

used to be one of the best hotels in Owerri. It's still cosy but needs to up its customer care services. Provide free wifi.
