Okay So the Decor I’ll give it to them it’s welcoming, good food, some waiters are nice. however the security men aren’t trained enough to assist user experience. It was once a stone throw from my house and I could only walk there, the security once almost bounced me for wearing Adidas slide to a casual dinner with my friends and wanted me to leave while waiting for my other guests. The disrespect in that place is alarming.

Had a one-night stay here. The rooms are very compact and unfortunately the AC did not work during my stay so it was unbearably hot. The hotel is fair as a 3-star hotel. Food is pretty decent and amenities are ok. And you really can't beat the location in Ikeja

This is a pretty good hotel. Location is Nicely in the mainland of Lagos precisely Toyin street, Ikeja. Rooms are set up very well with everything one will expect in an international brand like this. The pool is good, the restaurant serves delicious dishes, the bar is stocked while the underground parking lot is cool. The lift makes it easy to juggle the high rise building while the staff and guards are very respectful.

Slap dab off Toyin street, which is excellent for locating this hotel. Very nice food.watch out for spicy chicken though, and has a pool, bar and well equipped gym. Have infection prevention in place based on the clime we are in now. Good facilities for meetings and small conferences. Good space for underground parking.

I love it. Though the cheapest room is really small but it is spacious enough for you to get things done. If you are the type that likes spacious rooms, you might want to go for rooms higher than the least room. The environment is kids friendly, clean and O.K.
The receptionists are very friendly and the food is nice, just a bit pricey.
Over all, it is a place to be.
I am enjoying my stay here.

Had power issue. Poor attention at the restaurant, TV remote never worked, no instructions on manual operation. Very dissatisfied especially for the price paid

At first I didn’t mind that there was no porter to help with my luggage. On getting to the room I found they only have 1 set of towels, not a big deal since I can always request for more. I was about relaxing when I saw a roach close to the bed. From then on I couldn’t wait till next morning to checkout. Some Nigerian owned hotels are better than this place at the same price.

Budget hotel good for short stay or transit stay. Rooms are quite small, clean and basic. Good location and great accessibility to the airport. Meals are tasty and fairly charged breakfast is complimentary and great options. The pricing is average not ideal for long stay. They provide free airport pickup and drop off just book one hour ahead.

This hotel is amazing, spent a week here. Lovely staffs and delious breakfast downstairs..

Great team of Ibis - same structure and
services just like the ones in Europe.

My favourite staff - Agnes and yetunde, they deserve an award, very polite and great customer service.

Been to many hotel staffs are usually rude “Typical Nigerian” but Ibis was amazing and this two stand out for me.

I would say the hotel is just there. It's fine though. I think they should get rid of the rug on the hall way. Doesn't smell nice. Great service too.

I've been at this hotel a number of times and I must say it maintains its standard as a very good travel Inn. Standard rooms and bedsize and well managed space. Not a luxury or boutique hotel but standard and it will meet the need of everyone traveling for business or transit as its proximity to airport and business district and government office in ikeja is advantageous. Staffs are professional and helpful. I'm not about to change except my purpose of visit changes to holiday then I can consider a more luxurious place, but as far as business, conferences and transit point then Hotel Ibis it is.

It's not as good as Ibis found Internationally, but quite a good simulation of it. It's better than a lot of hotels out there in lagos. You would enjoy clean sheets and a variety of hotel amenities. Breakfast buffet is available, 24 hour concierge, 7 minutes drive from domestic airport, underground parking with lift access and so on. It's absolutely not a bad choice to stay at Ibis.

I enjoyed my stay here. Buffet breakfast is till 12pm which is great. The options for breakfast is good.
Rooms are quite small but has a safe in them.
I saw a bit of unprofessional dressing from one of the female porters but the reception is cozy.

The room was small and the kettle in the room had not been washed, same as the glasses in the bathroom.
Nothing great about the breakfast as wellinfact the cook that fries the eggs was not pleasant at all the 1 time I decided to try the breakfast.
Then I called to order in some food around 9:55pm and was told I can only order in snacks at that time! Something about the buffet ending at 10pm. But the pamphlet in the room says meals round the clock from the kitchen.
And if you have a young kid with you, better bring loads of entertainment for your kid coz there is no kid channel.
I stayed 4 nights and couldn't wait to leave.

Ibis is a great hotel chain. The Ikeja Ibis is clean and neat. Situated in the popular Toyin street it's a stone throw from the airport. Spacious with great pool side seating. The restaurant has a great view. Meals were fresh and tasty. Meals were not too pricy for a hotel of this standard. Also, restaurant closes early so plan for early dinner if you are going to stay here. All in all, a nice hotel to consider when in Lagos.

I'm giving a three star because the bartender and restaurant staffs are not customer friendly. I found them very rude and many customers complained about the attitude. I think training will correct the problem of rudeness and customer relations.

Location was good, bathroom was blocked, the passenger lifts were down for about an hour without repairs, the breakfast was not rich. We have to be at the restaurant early to get the best of the breakfast.

4* for the rooms but beware of the on site restaurant. took 1h30' to get our drinks, and 2h30' for the food. staff couldn't care less, never came once to apologize or explain. we had to chase them around all the time, and the place was empty! don't bother with a la carte, and head straight for the buffet. rooms ok, standard ibis quality.
