  Old and badly in need of an upgrade with unfriendly staff who just stare at guests.

  Generally wasn't impressed with the facilities. Maybe for a state that isnt exactly a major state, the hotel could work. Wanted to see the presidential suite which I thought was quite pricey for the location, I had to walk past huge disappointments before getting to one of the presidential suites which is a mega mess - chipped furnitures, rather plain looking, bathtub with a bucket in it *whew* na fam.

  Hotel is located in the centre of the new asaba and is close to some security outfits so security should be good. The rooms are OK though in the old section, some overhaul could be done. The rooms in the new section are good. The restaurant is just ok and the food is satisfactory. The hotel has an outside bar, a swimming pool and a barbecue section. On the whole, an average hotel.

  Came to Nigeria from Houston Texas after many years years I will say this hotel rocks,the round the clock power supply was awesome,the A/C was great.the security made me sleep peacefully.the staff's was great.
