  No good customer service, receptionist stays on the phone discussing and neglecting customers when they come in. The rooms are not well kept, very dusty and shabby. Poor management services as well.

  Not a pleasant experience and there is no privacy.
  The manager discusses patrons with friends who have nothing to do with the hotel.
